For diagnostic centres and pathology labs

Orders that arrive complete. Results that deliver themselves.

Kin Health families come to you with a doctor-verified order, a slot they chose, and a reason to come back next year. No transcription, no clarifying calls, and no referral cut.

In development. Register your centre now and you'll be among the first we route to.

Four things that stop happening

The Kin Health app's Test Results screen for Rahul Sharma, dated 12 June 2026. An HbA1c result of 7.2% is flagged above the normal range of 4.0 to 5.6% and offers a button to consult a doctor about it; it is marked self-booked and delivered directly. Below it a Thyroid Panel is locked and reads 'Report received — under doctor review', noting the doctor will review and release it and that it auto-releases in up to 72 hours. A Lipid Profile is shown within normal range. Buttons offer compare previous, share with doctor and download PDF, above a note that all results are saved to the family's health record.

Two paths shown — a self-booked test delivered directly, and a doctor-ordered panel held for review.

Where your work ends up

You upload once. This is what the family sees.

  • It lands in the record, not an inbox
Results publish straight into the family's health record, next to every earlier result for the same person. No PDF to find, no email to search, nothing sent from anyone's personal phone.
  • An abnormal result doesn't arrive cold
Where a result needs interpreting, the ordering doctor reviews it before it's released — and it auto-releases within 72 hours so nobody can sit on a family's own data. The family gets the number and a way to ask about it in the same moment.
  • The next test compares itself
"Compare previous" works because the history is already there. Your result becomes part of a trend rather than a number on its own.

From order to result, without a phone call

Three steps, and none of them is your front desk reading someone's handwriting back to them over the phone.

1

The order reaches you

Structured and doctor-verified: patient, test, prep, prior values, preferred slot. Accept it, or decline it if you're at capacity.

2

The sample is collected

At your centre or at the family's home, in the slot they picked. Your phlebotomist gets one address and one instruction.

3

The result publishes itself

Straight into the family's record and to the ordering doctor. The family sees it where the rest of their history already lives.

What changes for your centre

Most of this is not new capability. It is the removal of work you are currently doing for free.

Doctor-verified orders

Every order comes from a doctor working inside the patient's record. The test, the patient and the prep are unambiguous before your phlebotomist leaves.

Home collection routing

Families pick a slot when the doctor orders the test. Routes arrive planned rather than assembled from callbacks.

Results that publish themselves

Upload once. It reaches the family and the ordering doctor together, into the record — not a printout, not a WhatsApp forward.

Prior values, in context

Where the family has earlier results, they travel with the order. Comparison stops being a hunt through paper.

Demand you can plan for

Screening schedules are known months ahead. Prevention converts unpredictable walk-ins into a load you can staff against.

Settlement per order

What was ordered, what was collected, what is owed. Per order, visible, without a monthly reconciliation exercise.

What we're asking for, and what we're not

No quotes from partner centres, because there aren't any yet. The terms instead.

What you get

Complete orders, on a cycle.

Families on recurring schedules rather than one-off visits.

  • Doctor-verified orders
  • Planned collection routes
  • Automatic result delivery
  • Per-order settlement

What we ask

Turnaround you can stand behind.

Decline an order if you're at capacity. A declined order costs us nothing; a late one costs the family.

  • Accurate turnaround times
  • Results uploaded in the agreed format
  • NABL accreditation, or an equivalent standard for the panels you run

What we never ask

A referral commission.

We never ask for a share of the order. Not at the start, not later.

Our doctors are salaried and take no cut of any test they order, so there is no slice to pass on to us. That is a deliberate design choice, not an introductory offer — and it is why nothing on this page asks you to discount your list price.

Our commitments

How we intend to behave

The same three commitments that shape the family product decide how we work with you.

No commissions

We take no cut of any test our doctors order.

  • Doctors are salaried, so ordering more tests earns them nothing
  • No incentive to over-refer, no pressure to discount
  • Nothing about the family sold to anyone
Your name, not ours

The family knows which centre served them.

  • Your centre named on the order and the result
  • A relationship with the family, not an anonymous sample
  • Reachable for the family's questions
Capacity, not exclusivity

We don't ask you to stop serving anyone else.

  • No exclusivity clause
  • No minimum volume commitment
  • Decline any order you can't turn around properly

What centres ask us first

Do you charge a commission or ask for a discount?

No. Our doctors are salaried and earn nothing from ordering a test, so there is no referral economics to pass on. We're not asking you to discount your list price either. If a platform's economics depend on taking a slice of your order, the incentive to order unnecessary tests is built into it — we've designed ours the other way round.

Less than you might expect. At minimum, a way to receive orders and upload results — that can be an API if you have one, or a simple portal if you don't. We'll work to what you already run rather than asking you to replace an LIS that works.

The family does, and they can see exactly who has access to their record. Your centre is named on the order and on the result. We are not trying to make you an anonymous supplier.

Decline it. It costs us nothing and reroutes immediately. A declined order is always better than a late one, and declining does not affect what we send you next.

We're building, and we'd rather say so than run a countdown. Register your centre and we'll come to you when we're routing orders in your area — with the terms in writing before anything goes live.
