For doctors and physicians

Walk into every consult already briefed.

An assistant that reads the history before you do and drafts the notes after — so the time in the room goes to the patient, not to catching up. You confirm everything. Salaried, with no per-consult target and no commission on anything you order.

In development. Register now and you'll be among the first doctors we consult with.

Every line is a draft until you sign it. Nothing reaches the patient, the pharmacy or the lab before that.

An assistant that drafts. A doctor who decides.

It reads what is already in the record and does the writing. It does not diagnose and it does not prescribe — every draft waits for you.

  • The history is summarised before you open it
Conditions, current medicines, adherence and what has moved since the last visit — read out of the record, not retyped by you. The full chart is one click away when the summary isn't enough.
  • Notes and prescriptions are drafted, and labs are ordered in-chart
The note is written while you consult and the prescription is prepared from it. Order a panel without leaving the chart — it goes to the centre the family picked, with their prior values attached.
  • You confirm everything, and the record says so
No note, prescription or order leaves the chart until you approve it. The assistant drafts and nothing more: it does not diagnose, it does not prescribe, and the clinical decision is recorded as yours.

How a consult flows

Six beats, and the one that matters is the fifth: nothing moves until you approve it.

1

A consult is booked

The patient picks a slot inside the hours you gave us. No one calls you to ask whether you are free.

2

The history is summarised

Conditions, current medicines, what has changed since the last visit — ready before you open the chart.

3

You hold the consult

The time goes to the patient rather than to catching up on what happened in March.

4

The notes are drafted

A consultation note, a prescription and any lab order, prepared from what was actually discussed.

5

You review and approve

Change anything, or reject it outright. Nothing is sent to the patient, the pharmacy or the lab until you sign — and the record shows the decision was yours.

6

The record updates

Your note lands in the family's record with your name on it, and the next doctor to see them starts where you left off.

What changes for you

Most of this is not new clinical capability. It is the removal of work that has never been the reason you trained.

Notes you approve, not notes you write

The consultation note is drafted while you consult. You edit it or approve it — nothing is filed against the patient until you do.

Your evenings back

The writing that normally follows you home is finished by the time the consult ends. What is left is reading it.

Prescriptions as you signed them

Nobody re-keys your handwriting at a counter. What you sign is what reaches the pharmacy, and the patient sees the same thing.

The whole history, on one screen

Conditions, current medicines, adherence and what has moved since the last visit — read out of the record, with the full chart one click away.

Hours you set

Tell us when you can consult and bookings fit those hours. Change them and the bookings change with them.

Salaried, and predictable

No per-consult target, no commission on any test or medicine you order, and a payment date you can plan around.

How we work with doctors

No quotes from doctors, because there aren't any yet. The working model instead.

How you are paid

Salaried.

A monthly salary for the hours you agree, not a share of what you generate.

  • No per-consult target
  • No commission on any test ordered
  • No commission on any medicine prescribed
  • A payment date you can plan around

How you practise

Your clinical judgement, unedited.

The assistant drafts. You approve, change or reject — and the record records that it was you.

  • Nothing sent before you sign
  • Reject a draft outright, with no friction
  • Consult alongside your existing practice
  • Set and change your own hours

How you join

NMC-verified onboarding.

Registration checked against the NMC register before you take a single consult.

We take no cut of anything you order.

  • Credentials verified at onboarding, not at sign-up
  • Terms in writing before anything goes live
  • Your name on every note you approve
  • Notes never become training data

Our commitments

How we intend to behave

The same three commitments that shape the family product decide how we work with you.

No commissions

Nothing you order earns anyone a cut, including us.

  • Salaried, so ordering more tests earns you nothing
  • No incentive to over-refer, and no target to hit
  • Nothing about a patient sold to anyone
Your name, not ours

The patient knows which doctor they saw.

  • Your name on every note and prescription you approve
  • A relationship with the patient, not an anonymous shift
  • Your notes are never training data, and never sold
Hours, not exclusivity

We don't ask you to give up your own practice.

  • No exclusivity clause
  • No minimum consult commitment
  • Change your hours whenever you need to

What doctors ask us first

Does the AI diagnose or prescribe?

No. It reads what is already in the record and drafts — a summary before the consult, notes and a prescription after it. Every one of those is a draft until you change it or approve it, and nothing reaches the patient or the pharmacy until you do. The clinical decision is yours, and the record says so.

Salaried. There is no per-consult target, no incentive tied to how many patients you see in an hour, and no commission on any test or medicine you order — the diagnostic centres we work with are told the same thing. We are not going to publish a number before it is agreed with you, but the model is the model and it will not change after you join.

No. Tell us the hours you can give and we will work to them. Kin Health consults sit alongside an existing practice rather than replacing it, and nothing about the arrangement asks you to stop seeing your own patients.

They go into the patient's record, which belongs to the family, with your name on them. They do not become training data for a model, and they are not sold or shared with anyone. The family can see every access to their record, including ours.

We're building, and we'd rather say so than run a countdown. Register your interest and we will come to you when we are consulting in your city — with the terms in writing, and NMC verification, before anything goes live.

Practise with Kin Health

Tell us where you are and what you practise. When we start consulting in your city you'll hear from us with terms in writing — not a sales call.

We'll write to you about practising with Kin Health. Nothing else.
